The EC- secretary Dr. Simbi took law in his own hands to post the guidelines you may have seen. We are still resolving some issues with the Excecutuve to make sure we can hold credible election. The EC met last night and took a vote on this. Dr. Simbi having failed in the vote took advantage of being the secretary and posted this document that we had withheld. Please disregard the posting until you receive one that will have the approval of the entire EC bearing my signature.
