I have failed to get any answers from Tony Owana. I have asked this Kayibanda mouthpiece  if there is any government in Uganda, and he is not forthcoming with any sensible response. Now look at the antics of Anite and her civil servant Rukuna wrestling in the sewer. Maybe you can have a go at Owana, because I have got fed up. Maybe he has become emboldened by his recent promotion and feels he is too big to bother with small fry like us.
