{UAH} Police hunts minister Banyenzaki for highway robbery

Has Banyezaki, the fugitive Minister of Ethics, been apprehended by
Kayihura and brought back to the fold of the law? Oh Lord, what a
lawless government we have. Just a few weeks ago, one Minister of
Works was apprehended and locked up in Luzira Prison for massive
corruption, but he is still a government Minister and Kayibanda has
not seen it fit to sack him. Uganda is the only country in the world
where Ministers can face very serious criminal charges in court, spend
nights in jail and still retain their posts.
