radio messages jamming my satellite router are that delinquents of poor youth cannot seem to find their way around Kampala's meager roads let alone advanced level politics.
with nothing useful to do, they strayed to a hotel where mixed-up events transpired. we are not surprised as they can hardly follow a standard script.
These guys don't really deserve the Kanungu shade but there they are lobbying for a part in a future gov't. imagine!
