{UAH} What is wrong

In each and every town, municipality or small village enclaves one visits in Uganda, the enormous filthy, is a signiture for the wretched abject poverty on all levels; material, philosophy, perception.

Bill Gates is on #UIDC_UG and complaining about feaces in water. Exactly like Ing. Mugisha CEO NWSC has recently been complaining , " Kampala water is contaminated" able to cause typhoid.

I can't understand it that we Africans can't mobilise people to clean up our towns/municipalities on regular basis if higher level science of water purification that we can actually do using local clay pots were invesitigated by - yes Uganda parliament.

 Makerere knows about but of course they can't do anything about it.
