Gook;

In Gulu, this weekend, we will be holding the first funeral of a the victim of the Somalian massacre. In future federal Uganda, the Northern state will forbid any of its inhabitants from fighting in foreign soil.

Al Shabaab Tuesday paraded prisoners of war claiming they are Ugandan soldiers captured during last week's raid on the UPDF Amison base in Janaale southern Somalia.
The allegedly captured Ugandan soldiers were paraded in Lower Shabelle region villages today.
The insurgents told residents there are more soldiers in their custody.
Shebab military spokesman, Abdulaziz Abu Musab told Al Shabaab Radio Andalus that they are holding UPDF soldiers who are part of the 50 earlier reported missing by western military officials.
Uganda army spokesperson, Lt Col Paddy Ankunda, dismissed as false the report by western military officials saying 50 UPDF soldiers had been killed in the attack and 50 more were missing.
Musab on the other hand claims they are holding UPDF captives and they "are doing quite well" in Shebab encampments.
The militants have now promised to release names and ranks of the "captured" soldiers.
They still insisted that 60 African Union soldiers were killed in the attack avenging the death of their leader, Ahmed Abdi Godane.
UPDF and Amisom said in a statement no soldiers were missing and that only 12 had been killed but only 10 bodies were brought to Uganda for burial.
Meanwhile, heavy fighting between Ethiopia troops and Al Shabaab fighters was reported in Bardhere town last night.
The number of causalities are still unknown.
