4. Eritrea: Top achievement: Eritrea has the lowest crime rate annually in Africa.
5. Rwanda: Top achievement: One million Rwandans were pulled above the poverty line between 2005 and 2010.
6. Botswana: Top achievement: Botswana is the least corrupt country in Africa.
