{UAH} AMURU LAND JUDGE WAS WRONG!
The judge in the Amuru land better read this piece. It was only yesterweek when i stated here that clans provided land for institutions to build on because the clans owned the land and therefore to ask for poof is inadmissible. We will fight on until Madhavani is chased out.

Lira.
Lira authorities and residents are fighting over the ownership of land housing government facilities in the district.
Local leaders say community members who had voluntarily handed over their land to government for the construction of several health centres, markets and schools some 30 years ago are now claiming them back.
Other community members have encroached on land belonging to Aromo Health Centre III.
Several attempts have been made to make them vacate but in vain, according to a report by Transparency International Uganda (TIU).
Lira District speaker Martin Ocen Odyek, said some people have been grazing their animals at Barapwo Health Centre III claiming ownership of the land.
He said the locals are threatening to demolish the health facility unless they are paid Shs18 million for the land to which they claim ownership.
