{UAH} BETTY KAMYA MUST DEMAND FOR A REFERENDUM!

 Betty Kamya must demand for a referendum on federalism in the first year of Mbazi presidency, in return for her and UFA support. This should be put on pen and paper and also sworn on the bible and korohand. Since Mbazi and his former boss are known for reneging on their promises, the declaration would be treated as a crime should he fail to deliver. 

betty Kamya support for Mbazi should not be as a "get back" to Byesigye moment; but a step towards legitimising federalism as a center piece issue in Ugandans modern politics. After all this is a political season like no any other climate can offer and so what grows must not be weeded.
