{UAH} Col.Samson Mande's son dies in Uganda.

Several hours ago I learnt with regret the untimely death of the first son of Col. Mande In Uganda. According to Col.Mande his son Moses Mande died at Mbarara hospital last night as a result of poisoning.   RIP Moses. My condolences to Col.Mande and his family.
