84 % of Rwndans are of Hutu ethnicity

11% of Rwandans are of Tutsi ethnicity

5% other who include twa 

It is thought that the 11%  wield a hell lot of power.

Dead wrong. A maze of interwoven power mostly undefined and interloping hutu control the security systems but with absolute loyalty to the one and only King Kagame Paul aka pilato.

If you are tutsi and that you think you are powerful because you are a tutsi, man you got another thing coming.
