Fellow Ugandans and Congress folks: What is the difference between Imat Cecilia Ogwal and Mzee Adoko Nekyon?

FIRST, I want to ask the whole of Congress folks, and comrades to enable me understand one single issue that presents itself to all by asking the single question; 'What is difference between Mrs Ogwal Cecilia and Mzee Adoko Nekyon? Put differently, who is more UPC party supporter than the other is??? If I can append another pondering to that: 'How ideologically true are both Mzee Adoko Nekyon and Mzee Dr. Rwanyarare James in relation to the UPC?  I ask this, and also ponder the other, because there are those who are trying to rewrite the UPC party history based on sectarianism and brutal delusionary tribalism.  The intent, for posing the above, for right or wrong reasons is first to seek understanding and second to raise the potential to remove ourselves and, or reconcile about such problem, by accepting their existence.  To put it differently, we should not live in denial or cower from counter missiles when such issues are raised.

YES, lately, I read somewhere in the UPCnet forum where Mrs Ogwal Cecilia is being depicted as the worst 'two-footed' being to have ever been a member of the UPC party, because this 'two-footed' being - Imat Cecilia Ogwal, wanted to divide the base of UPC party in Lira and, or Lango sub-region.  One ponders if the writer of such narrative was in lust of dry power, and or pursuing for absolute political rulership of Lira district in particular! Bitterness apart, let me state it very clearly that, if this 'two-footed' being is not or had not been a true UPC party supporter enough, then I think the complementing other UPC 'gate-keeper' Mzee Adoko Nekyon has been truly a very fake UPC supporter who has been mentoring the brutal Akena to kill the UPC party.

WELL, unfortunately, with all the sympathy, I think and know Akena will not be in such club since he has nothing to show or is a calibre worthy of being taken under the wings of either of them. His starting block in UPC politics has been bloody one, such as fighting the 'two-footed' being ala Mrs. Cecilia Ogwal without relent. I wish to remind Congress folks about the slap Imat Cecilia Ogwal was subjected to at Entebbe Airport while waiting for the arrival of the late AMO's body from South Africa.  If Congress folks had paid attention, they would have noted the roots of violence to come. 

 

A short concern about violence

A number of times the same person mentioned

since 2010 and the accompanying goons,

NRA/M7 and Chief Ideologue, Transfer of Aura, 

At each turn of these 'same-slapping and

threatening' events looked the other way.

As the 'Jarwuos' say 'Abi wacho' they approved it. Undoubtedly and as public records show, he (Akena), since coming back from Lusaka, has been under the wings of NRA/M7ism - 'Abi wacho' through the Yoga Adhola connection with M7 stretching from FRONASA in the early 1970s.  When OLARA Otunnu was elected UPC party he (Akena) through Adhola, 'Abi wacho' started fighting OLARA Otunnu from day one way back in 2010 without relent.

SECOND, I think, several members of UPC party in the name of Akena and cahoots are killing OLARA Otunnu 'Abi wacho' – slowly until he dies.  We must not forget those persons who killed the progress which was taking places to developing the Congress of the People at the grass-root were Rurangaranga, Akena, Adhola et al, just to mentioned a few who took the UPC party leadership to the Kaguta's NRA/M7's or is it NRA/M7ism! Court in the name of fighting OLARA Otunnu.

Take it or leave it, at certain level, even before OLARA Otunnu was elected in 2010, Akena took our UPC mother, Mrs Miria OBOTE to the NRA/M7 Court.  The question is, what does that mean, or was it not just power lust, by the brutal power hungry Akena but an unquenchable thirst?  Abi penjo!  For many who had not visited the exile house of the late OBOTE in Lusaka – Zambia, Akena had not been truly a responsible son.  It had been my youthful friend the late Mila Stephen (RIP) who was doing everything for our late leader, AMO (RIP) days in and days out! The late Comrade Mila (RIP) was our true and real UPC party youth leader till death separated him apart from our late hero (AMO). This episode I shall continue with it later.

THIRD, how can Akaki Akbar Adoko Nekyon mentor Akena on behalf of the UPC party ideology when the same Adoko Nekyon is a carrier of some brutal rainbow political party doctrine colours in Uganda history? Me thinks, Akena should have sought mentorship from Mzee Dr. Rwanyarare James who I know has been a true UNC and later UPC party nationalist.  My pain, I think rhymes with many silent Congress folks and friends that Adhola took advantage of ailing AMO (RIP) and implanted his FRONASA ideology, dubious politics and, or anti–Baganda thesis. Just imagine AMO [RIP] in his ailing days being bombed day in day out with political cat fights that brought the 1966 crisis in Uganda body politics until the M7 cows came home or until Adhola's cows comes into the kraal – 'ciel'. To put differently – UPC4FRONASA Cadres he has been building, yet to be accounted for.

Any surprise that AMO lost the will to live!! Look outside the window and see Comrade Robert Gabriel Mugabe still going strong at 93-years plus, plus, plus!!! Also look at M7 still going strong for 36 years as the Sabagabe!! 'Abi Wacho', AMO was driven to early death. The same Adhola claims to have conscripted Mrs Miria OBOTE under a dubious doctrine and, or ideology call 'Charisma transfer', after the death of the late AMO, which had never existed in the UPC party ideology. This claim is dubious because with a degree of certainty, Adhola does not know or was not remotely privy to how our UPC mother ascended into the UPC PP Chair.

Under the same 'hood winking' which was the invention of his FRONASA cahoots, Adhola managed to dupe Akena, but now it seems the game had changed and, or the younger UPC party generations might have taken notice of what OCAYA pOcure had been writing in the UPCnet forum.

Good-damn it, we all know, M7 does not talk good about real Ugandan folks with clear political ideological doctrines, status and understanding; who are ready to progress the political philosophy of the UPC party forward. These fake 'politicians' are single district MPs or rulers whom the NRA/M7 is quick to call them the 'new presidents' of Uganda in the near future! Let us recall what I used to state that, 'politics is collective responsibility' if we want UPC party to be strong; when Adhola, Akena and cahoots came out with FRONASA guns blazing to shoot OLARA Otunnu to bits as soon as (he) OLARA was elected the UPC party leader in 2010. 

I think, it could have been good if the party supporters had identified OLARA's strengths by improving on his weaknesses if any, instead of Akena, Adhola and cahoots starting to hitting his knees until the UPC party has now succumbed to UPC4NRA/M7'ism ala 'personal merit'. Sadly, I feel we have killed the political doctrine of collective responsibility within the UPC party, which even became the killing of development of internal democracy and tolerance within the UPC party.

ALLELUIAH I think, the albatross and, or the large web-finger ideal which binds us supporters in the early days politics inside the UNC and later UPC party was the philosophy of nationalism connections but not sectarianism as we started seeing coming into display without respects to party rule! BITTER as it is, OLARA Otunnu, clearly wanted to consolidate the journey on the path and the political route laid by our mother UPC, Mrs MIRIA Obote of peaceful leadership transfer, but sadly, the ghost of the 1964 Gulu UPC – ADC political chaos had to invade again the UPC party Headquarter in Kampala under Akena, Adhola and cahoots!

SINCERELY, let us agree to disagree, the whole of Ugandans know who those youths M7 prides and talked warm about them, since those youths are the likes of Akena, Muhoozi, Rwabogo et al those have no political ideological doctrine or supports, but his (M7) parasites parading as politicians. 'They' or 'those' is/are not about political party doctrines ala UPC, but just only 'Personal Merit' ala FRONASA ideology.  Folks like comrades Okurapa, Ochieno, Okello Lucima, Jackson Oculi, Ocen Julius and many other comrades we all know are not and will never be in that league or club of rulers M7 continues to pour his flabbergasts and, or ululates about! I think, and know the UPC party is today harvesting what, I should lament and, or call the 'strong and performing political party in Uganda,' whereby we are reading from Uganda media a proclamation dream of being in the State House and ruling Uganda but not leading it in less than six years! YES, with the clean support of NRA/M7ism since we can read from Uganda media house whereby M7 has even been too quick to support such proclamation, idea, and as he stated that he is working hard to make younger Ugandan generations to be presidents of Uganda in the near future!
