The National medical stores officials told NTV that the ten billion shillings vote passed by parliament has never reached the NMS accounts to procure drugs and testing kits for Hepatitis B.
Over ten billion shillings meant for the purchase of vaccines and testing kits for Hepatitis B in the affected regions is feared missing.
Lawmakers from the affected regions have raised a red-flag claiming that the ministry of health officials have used part of the money for workshops.
