Amama supporters have dispersed all policemen from Rally venue...Amama is now speaking "The Authorities are scared of my big crowds..The RPC has told me that he has gotten orders from Kampala that I should not hold the rally-I have told the RPC that I will not accept that because I know the law because I made it"
