{UAH} Mbabazi, Nina and Ms Mayanja Nkangi
My dear forum members,
Why is it that Mbabazi's communications director (when he was PM and now as presidential candidate), directly resemble his daughter Nina Mbabazi Rukikaire so much? (see photos above, first two on the left is Mayanja Nkangi and last two on the right Nina Mbabazi).
We don't begrudge Mbabazi choosing to work with mostly his family members and only those who resemble his family members, but he is seeking the presidency so we should hold him to higher scrutiny.
Mbabazi made his announcement seeking the presidency saying he wanted to create systems in the government that work better. But when he was fired as Prime Minister, Mbabazi left the office 'taking away' Ms Mayanja Nkangi with him, forcing Rugunda to hire another Communications Advisor Julius Mucunguzi!
You have all read perhaps the recent story in Sunday Monitor about Mbabazi, when still prime Minister, setting up a company to to help refurbish the Martyrs Shrines ahead of the Pope's visit. Do you know who he put in as shareholders of the company supposed to have solicited for money from the public and government? Among the shareholders were Amama Mbabazi, Nina Mbabazi, Severino Twinobusingye (his friend and personal lawyer), John Mary Mugisha (his personal lawyer), Captain Emmy Katabazi (his political assistant) and about six other friends of his.
When I wrote a letter to the editor pointing this out this blatant nepotism, only The Observer published it while Mbabazi hirelings in New Vision and Daily Monitor did not publish it!
That is the kind of man that aspires to lead us! Judge for yourself.
