{UAH} Models and escaping absolute poverty

Often times endemic poverty can claim the entire family, clan and so on. modern times have brougth with it a classed society, How can people trapped under such social trends break free - it would be through a combination of education, proper shelter, better health and feeding, however in Uganda as in the rest of East and Central Africa these are not righty accessible.

Therefore masses of people and their off springs remain confined in abject poverty from generation to generation.

For instance boda boda trade and land transcation within the central region appears to have deepened and escalated poverty within the same groups while and in case of Uganda, attachment to the political class has created a  layer of seemingly socioeconomically better group.
