{UAH} MUSEVENI SHOULD NEVER HAVE FORGOTTEN LUWERO!
Luweero war victims, wading through their public main road in in Nakaseke Sub-county (Ssabagabo), where President Yoweri Museveni and his NRA Guerillas, partly conducted the armed rebellion, which brought them to power in January 1986. The area is still littered with mass graves. After 3 decades this former NRA war ravaged area where people's lives and properties were destroyed by the war, still does not have access to basic social and public services.

compare this Kasangombe public main road with the Rukungiri tarmacked road going to Muhwezi's bungalow and the Rwakituura asphalted road going to Museveni's country home which were also once murrram/feeder, before NRA rebels captured power in Kampala in 1986.Luweero has Ndejje, Bugema and Bp stuart university, UPDF Headquarters in Bombo, top schools like Katikamu SDA, surely it deserves good infrastructure, I don't know a single thing that comes out of rukungiri.
On Saturday 25, January 1986, when NRA rebels captured power in Kampala by bullets, grenades, bazookas and nomb-shells, point 6 of the NRA 10- Point Programme read: "Restoration and improvement of Social services and the rehabilitation of the war ravaged areas."
Museveni, Muhwezi, Saleh, Kyaligonza, Lutaaya, Kagame etc fought in that area and know very well several natives got massacred and displaced by the NRA armed rebellion in that area especially around 1981-82.
2.These are some of the Luweero war fighters and victims, wading through their Kasangombe public road in Nakaseke, Belemezi County, located right in the heart of Buganda, or Uganda for that matter. They still lack access to safe public road services. Their locality one of the war ravaged areas in Luweero, where mass graves and war skulls of people are located, but the residents still denied access to safe road services and basic quality social services. Their parents and family relatives, were killed during the armed bloody rebellion which brought President Museveni and his NRA guerrilla group, to power in January 1986. Museveni came to power in 1986, by bullets not by voting or elections.

how can these Luweero war victims and veterans be helped out of abject poverty? They pushed their old bicycles as they sang their old Luweero bush war song (Ganda-Swahili) as follows:
Tuli mupiga aduyi,
Tuli mupiga adui,
Na kufukuzwa Uganda,
Tuli mupiga e Ngoma
Tuli mupiga Kapeeka
Tuli mupiga Semuto
Na tumufukuza Uganda,
Tuli mupiga aduyi,
Tuli mupiga aduyi,
Na kufukuzwa Uganda,
Tuli mupiga Masuulita
Tuli mupiga Katikamu
Tuli mupiga Wabusaana
Na kufukuzwa Uganda..
