{UAH} Namulonge land deal to Sudhir receives blessing from president

Businessman Sudhir Ruparelia paid 440 million shillings to lease 900 acres of the now controversial land owned by the  National Crops Resources Research Institute in Namulonge, Wakiso district. NTV has obtained a copy of the land title indicating Sudhir's claim to the land. We also have a copy of the letter President Yoweri Museveni wrote to the lands minister directing that the land be given to Sudhir's company Premier Roses Ltd to grow flowers and set up a fruit processing factory.
