{UAH} Ocen, WBK/Kuria claims ICC cases were a game by coalition rivals

Folks;

Uhuru's side of the Jubilee Coalition is quite desperate to acquit itself on William Ruto's charges. Their latest is this outlandish claim by Gatundu MP, Moses Kuria, that he was party to the plot to frame Ruto.

If that's the case, why didn't he record that statement to the ICC when the cases were in investigative stage?
