Mawanda, who had difficulties in pronouncing a number of English words, insisted that he was capable of unseating President Museveni. He wondered why the youth were not taking over the leadership of the country yet they are regarded as the leaders of tomorrow.
Asked whether he had the sh8m required for nomination, Mawanda said, "I have sh4m and I plan to get the balance from relatives and friends."
