{UAH} South Sudan's Machar travels to NY for UN summit

Colleagues,

Is it all that bad to receive school boy treatment? Or is Salva Kiir averse to education? Would he be happy if he was referred to as a "school man" instead?

 We are told that "Earlier, South Sudan's information minister, Michael Makuei Lueth, revealed that president Kiir refused to attend the world's summit on South Sudan in protest that he was being treated like a "schoolboy' by the United Nations."
