Dictator Museveni who is visiting Japan was briefly treated at a clinic there and he went through blood transfusion, according to an impeccable source..He later forced himself to attend the scheduled meetings with officials,still in plaster and looking very frail.(SEE PHOTOS).I WISH HIM QUICK RECOVERY.
