The time for revamping our rail system is now !! The more we wait the harder it gets. Land compensation will get quite expensive. Why doesn't our airport have a rail access? Why can't one take a train tour through East Africa from the Serengeti plains Kenyan Rift Valley and crater lakes of Rubirizi.What is this East African Federation all about? Ethiopia was in which Federation to pit up such. Honestly E.A can't have a modern railway net work?
