SV: {UAH} NRM [and opposition too]should have held primaries in one a region at a time

Mr WBK,
Like I wrote before on the issue of so called "PRIMARIES", I hope the next mandate shall have thorough consideration of
"HOME MADE VERSION OF PRIMARIES" instead of this Americanization copies.

At Ugandas level of political development ( a baby barely sitting), HOLDING PRIMARIES IS ITSELF THE PROBLEM.
Like I was saying the other day, it consolidates ELITE HOLD ON  AND  MONOPOLY OF UGANDAS POLITICS.
2)  PRESENT VERSION OF "PRIMARY" DISCRIMINATES: ALLOWS ONLY FOR THE RICH AND POWERFUL!!!!

WHY CAN'T EVERY DISTRICT DRAW UP THE LIST OF CANDIDATES BASED ON THEIR LOCAL PARTICIPATION
OF MEMBERS FOR PARTY CONSIDERATION?

GULU UNIVERSITY SHOULD BETTER START A DEGREE COURSE ON SWEDISH / SCANDINAVIAN DEMOCRACY, ah aha,
how about that, Allan?!?!
Noc'la gaumoy

"WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US"….noc'la gaumoy.

Folks:

According to Hon Oulanyah, NRM bit more than it could chew. he is right. The lesson for the opposition with even meagre resources is to hold party primaries over a  longer period.  One region a day.  for example, western region Monday, Nothern region Tuesday, Buganda , Wednesday and finally  Eastern, Thursday.

Better 2 days in between to maximize meagre resource including transporting ablots etc.
