{UAH} Afande Emmy Katabazi in a safe house

Statehouse operatives under the instructions of their ruthless Kings ordered arrest and detention of Afande Emmy Katabazi from Kaweweta Staff Training School to Kamokya Safehouse since Thursday last week.
They associate Comrade Emmy Katabazi with the struggle to liberate this Country come 2016 under executive leadership of John Patrick Amama Mbabazi.
