{UAH} Another parliamentary tragedy looming!

"The dictator in Uganda has paid members of parliament another 5 million Uganda shillings each for them to rush back to parliament and change a law that was requiring the president to first seek parliamentary approval to assess and use money from bank of Uganda. What this means is that the president will then be free to drive lorries to Bank of Uganda load any amount money he wants and use it in any way he wants without parliamentary and public knowledge."
