{UAH} Besigye beats security to hold rally in Bugiri

FDC presidential flagbearer Dr. Kizza Besigye has successfully held two consultative rallies in eastern Uganda, despite earlier attempts by police to prevent him from holding the rallies. However, though Besigye was allowed to open new FDC offices in Bugiri and Tororo districts, the police blocked him from traveling to Malaba. Dr. Besigye left his home in Kasanganti, Wakiso district in the wee hours of the morning before police could deploy as they normally do whenever FDC announces a major political mobilization activity.
