{UAH} Bushenyi: Mitooma district left behind on develpment

The secretary for education, health and production for Mitooma district who at the same time represents the two sub counties of kabira and Rurihe in the district council Charity Mutungi revealed that mitooma district is facing big challenges which have sabotaged the development.

While speaking to our reporter in mbarara town, Charity said that the district has 105 government aided schools which have some challenges in common.
