{UAH} A book about sale of public companies - Charles Onyango Obbo

Young journalist should write reports and dissertation on each topic about a specific company.

There is need to write a book about the sale of Government/Public companies. This book is a hot sell  – such a book should contain the following:

1. Person or persons who originated the idea for sell and reasons why

2. Assets owned by the company before sell

3. Who bought the assets of the company (fixed and liquid)

4. Process of liquidation and liquidators

5. Company involved in the liquidation process.

6. Company or firm that boughtand regisration details/owners

7. Who choose and recommended the company/firm that bought

8. Where the proceeds went

9.How much and how the then current evaluation process was conducted

Every story about the sale of pubic companies is chiling and thrilling - but some how people have to carry their own cross and bring back rooted public funds.
