Mr. Simba further added that while Doctor Goodluck Jonathan will lead the Commonwealth observer team, former Mozambican President, Armando Guebuza will lead the African Union observer team.

The Acting Permanent Secretary revealed that Tanzania has received requests from election observers from almost all European Union member countries.
