{UAH} Have Gulu Peasants exposed half baked Architects / Designers of Markets?

This makes me laugh. The so called educated engineers/ architects did not think abount the environment. Now the peasants have exposed them.

More than 400 vendors in Kakanyero temporary market have refused to relocate the new market, arguing that the place they have been allocated is 'poorly ventilated and not suitable for their business.

I say they are 110% right!
