It is important to note that President Obama has sent troops towards Russia. Several American vehicles and military equipment have been stationed for exercise on the Estonian base which  puts them at a range of about 100 Km from the Russian boarder. Lithuania another Baltic state neighboring Russia, is also planning to receive American troops and heavy military equipment. Germany and Cuba have cautioned United States that this kind of expansion of military exercise in Europe increases risk of war.

A Saudi Arabian jet has blown up a second hospital of doctors without frontiers in Yemen.
