{UAH} KIGGUNDU IS ANOTHER EMBARASSING OLD MAN, LIKE BUKENYA

Mr. Badru Kiggundu told the media today that he has never seen the FDC letter that was addressed to the Secretary of Electoral Commission, So my simple question is which letter was he replying to?
