{UAH} Man jailed for attempting to commit suicide

Is there justice at home? Look at this young Opiyo from Gulu. It looks he loved MP. Ekenya and  imitated him in all ways imitable. He did not only imitate the smiles but also tried to take away his own life as his mentor did. Unfortunately though, he has been dragged to court over misdemeanour charges preferred to him.

My question now is, why wasn't same charges preferred on Hon. Ekanya when he committed similar offence? Isn't that selective justice?

Hon. Ekanya should also be charged according to  "Section 209 of the Penal Code Act 1950 Cap 120 of the laws of Uganda states that any person who attempts to kill himself or herself commits a misdemeanour," or release the boy!
