{UAH} Mbabazi's lawyers give Electoral Commission 7 days to nullify Museveni nomination

The lawyers to presidential aspirant Patrick Amama Mbabazi have given the Electoral Commission an ultimatum of seven days to nullify President Museveni's nomination. According to Mbabazi's lead lawyer, Fred Muwema the NRM has not yet elected its presidential flagbearer for the 2016 general elections in a delegates conference. However, the EC chairperson Dr Tanga Odoi and NRM lawyer Kiryowa Kiwanuka opine that it would be superfluous to choose a flag bearer when president Museveni is unopposed.
