{UAH} NRM Decides: It Is Bloody!!!!!
The ruling party, National Resistance Movement (NRM) today is electing party primaries for flag bearers in the Parliamentary (including Women Representatives), Local Council 5 and Municipality across the country.

Rodgers Mulindwa says the irregularities in these elections are being spearheaded by Amama Mbabazi who he says is creating chaos to get support of disgruntled NRM members and losers.
Opondo Explains the Bloody NRM Primary Elections
The entire electoral process of the NRM primaries has cost about UGX5.5Bn.
Elections for special leagues of NRM have been pushed to 30th October because the National party chairman is in New Delhi for Afro summit.
Where there have been delays, polls have opened.
In some areas, wrong ballot papers were delivered. Amuria ballots were taken to Katakwi.
In Lira Municipality, voting has been called off. There lots of irregularities including missing names for some of the candidates.
Voting for Woman MP Ssembabule has been called off as the name of one of the contestants is missing on ballot papers.
In Kabale Municipality MP elections have been called off due to missing registers in a number of areas.
In Alebtong, voting "suspended indefinitely" after clashes between supporters of the aspirants Hon Amuge Otengo and opponent Sam Okwir.
In western Uganda districts of Mbarara, Ntungamo and Kabale, army has been deployed to guard the voting process and quash disruptions that may arise.
In Wakiso voting has been postponed until tomorrow.
And in Hoima, voting has also been called off.
Some names of contestants were switched to constituents they did not apply to vie from.
In Lwengo voting has also been called off; Party official Mulindwa Birimumaaso said that it is due to "unavoidable circumstances."
In Rubaga North Singh Katongole, an aspirant said that the game is over, vote have already been rigged
Polls in Karamoja, Lira are yet to kick-off. Ballot papers were as of 11:0-0am yet to be delivered to various polling stations.
There is heavy army presence in Kanungu district. Reports indicates that a New Vision correspondent has beaten and camera broken by an official linked to Chris Baryomunsi's Camp
