{UAH} Nrm offices of Isingiro District were put on fire last night

Isingiro is a moxiture of bahima ,banyarwanda and bairu so political tempreture are always high.This regime has done more harm than good and everyone is tired and fed up. Even those pretending are just fearing threats from the dictator and are looking for survival. It's only his state house people who are managing life very well at the expense of others who are supporting his nonsense.
