{UAH} NRM Primaries: Case of twatera embundu democracy

Police in Ntungamo have intercepted fake voting materials just hours to the NRM primaries.  According to the District Police Commander Baker Kawonawo, the fake party cards were obtained in a late night swoop on the incumbent Mayor Jacob Kafureeka's home. It is said that over 20 people were found placing serial numbers on the cards. In the same area, two aspirants Mwesigwa Rukutana and Justus Karuhanga who are contesting for the flag-bearer position for Rushenyi MP have thrown jabs at each other, trading accusations of intimidation and voter bribery.
