Ntege William goes to the constitutional court seeking an order that all aspiring presidential candidates provide proof of their age through a birth certificate or human Carbon test. The law requires one to state and prove that they are not below 35 or above 75 years. According to this Ugandan, the EC has not been receiving certificates but mere declarations which itself is not proof under the law. He wants nominations stopped until the court makes a ruling.
