The saying that a picture is worth a thousand words is apt here.
Our conscientious minister, going by the mouthful name of Chrysostom Muyingo, is holding teachers responsible for pupils' poor showing at national exams.
From the accompanying picture, however, it would behoove the intrepid minister to revisit the classroom conditions under which the pupils study, and tell us how conducive they are to productive learning.
