Officer voting in NRM primaries. He should have at least put off the uniform!If it was a national election it would be very difficult to say that he is taking sides but this is entirely an NRM matter. How do you expect that many to enjoy respect from all Ugandans who is also supposed to serve without bias? The moment you put on that uniform u assume authority of the Government of Uganda. Remember a policeman is also a public servant. The law is very clear-Public servants are even required to resign or take leave.
