{UAH} Pres Museveni is the only mobiliser i know

Regarding Prof Bukenya's backsliding or getting born again, politically- that is-there is nothing under the sun that's not possible on the open play field. Linchpin JP Amama Mbabazi himself isn't far from reach.

But that's because President Museveni is the only serious mobiliser doing what mobilisers ought to do. He reaches out to everyone and courts anyone while others issue ultimatums, insults and brag how they are already the people;'s favourite.

One wonders why they don't quit campaigns and wait to swear in. There is a particular camp i know who sit on their ears and have vuvuzelas for mouths. they never stop to listen to informed views. They are know-it-alls, self-entitled and whimsically ballistic.

I hate to imagine such with the pot of power.

Most times we are sympathetic to underdogs but not when they pose ungratefully bullish and self-assured. Today they will attack and abuse Bukenya, tomorrow they will be on someone else yet, somehow, they never have quorum. The logical thing would be to exercise tact and calmness even in the midst of adversity and provocation.

The President often steps down from his highs and searches for prodigals wherever, whenever. We have seen him make up with Bakoko recently, Bashir of Sudan, Kyakabale and even the terrible Masha.

Then he won over such converts as Christopher Kibazanga (former MP Busongora South) from FDC and gave audience to the so-called poor youth in a bid to have an impression of whether they had any ideological clarity or any contribution to succession talk and peaceful transition. Guess what, he only found that they were  thumb-sucking treasure hunters without any promotional material but nevertheless assured them that earthly disagreements are only permanent for those who so wish. It;s all chasing after the wind but he who lands big fish lands the fish market.

And when we say such things, we are insulted!
