Why we love this coffee
Thanks to initiatives like the Sipi Falls project, the extraordinary flavors of Uganda's arabica beans have become more accessible. A combination of continually improving coffee infrastructure and diligent work from the farming families is growing the country's specialty coffee market, and prospects continue to improve.
We believe that better resources lead to better coffee, higher demand and increased economic benefits. Of course, the proof is in the cup: caramelly sweet with a smooth finish.
Notes from our coffee team
When we first tasted Uganda Sipi Falls we were captured by its lemony acidity and creamy mouth feel with caramel accents. A clean, smooth and mild cup, with a sweet finish that pairs well with vanilla bean flavors.
