We are getting reports that Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad is in Moscow and he has held talks with Russian president Vladimir Putin, on the situation in Syria. We are getting scrambled reports as well that an Israel General has been captured in Iraq, by Iraq popular army, when he was commanding ISIL.  He is identified as a Yusi Elon Shahak. The foreign affairs high representative at the USA parliament and secretary general of European Department  for security and ambassador Dr. Haissam Bou-Said has issued a statement,  confirming an arrest of this officer, he is however identifying him as a Brigadier than a General. One hopes as the day breaks and more reports come in we will be able to get a clarification on that.
