{UAH} UPDATE

I forgot to add that both parties in the UNAA lawsuit are making final oral arguments on October 29, 2015.  Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I think the judge will make final orders in November, 2015.

So far, the judge has ruled in our favor on all our motions that she has ruled on.  The only remaining motion is for judgment on the pleadings.  The judge wanted the parties to make more oral submissions before she decides.  That is why the Court set it up for hearing on October 29, 2015.
