There's nothing traditional in taking advantage of common people in abject poverty, to turn them upside down, frisking their empty pockets for whatever may fall out, promising them riches. The evil tricks this woman uses to deprive the most vulnerable, and poverty affected gullible people, of their last shilling, beggars belief.

It really beggars belief, that beggars would believe this Baganda Lakwena version, to handshake them, give them an oil, or handkerchief laced with luck, that would bring millions!!!!

Salaam Alaikum, I will painfully join this debate and hopefully this time round my words help clear the air on the disparity between Eelim - Knowledge, Hikma - Wisdom and Nifaq - Hypocrisy among believers!

1. Maama Fiina is not a Majinnist. She is a practicing Muganda woman who used her wealth to organize  African Herbalists and Spiritual healers into some form of structures to enable government monitor them and to help the unsuspecting public deal with regulated practitioners. Charlatans were robbing the sick blind and she saw business sense in heading them even if she herself is accused by genuine spiritualists and herbalists of being neither.

2. Many Muslim and Arabic speaking sheikhs are dabbling into Afrikan Spiritual practice which for those that have cared to research is no different from its Arabic Version in practice save for the language used, and don't get the same negative judgement that is being directed towards Maama Fiina.

3. Maama Fiina supposedly smokes a tobacco pipe - Emmindi, just as many Muslim brothers who take normal cigarettes, smoke sisha, Hashish, Marwana and many other things that Islam variously pronounces itself on.

4. Last but not list... Everyone is born Muslim, into the biases if parentage, culture and heritage. Islam does not preach exclusivity and has ruled on dealings between its followers and others especially impressing on us the doctrine of patience, tolerance and empathy! 

Let's just pray for others like her to get the courage to revert... Allah knows best...

This is what I wrote yesterday, - "There are as many wolves in sheep's skin, as there are real sheep, standing on the pulpit, yapping away the 'goods news is nigh, repent'.

So, if there something wrong with preachers, I will not defend it, and much as I wouldn't hide my absolute contempt for a so-called traditional healer who takes advantage of the poor, promising the world of riches, if they pay to shake her hands.
