SV: {UAH} All weather Ugandan roads

im, in other words, you can not contribute with good ideas for how best to construct roads and bridges? You can not warn the government about a fault in a bridge construction that you are aware of and that threatens the safety of the people?

Then what do you holler politics for? You hypo, you were aware and said nothing?
I do not know why you would want people to vote for you when you dwell in that rigid impossibility domain.

Of our politicians we crave solutions to the problems we already know. Talk solutions.
Why is "FEDERALISM" not attracting any one?

LAduma weeee!

To suggest to Kaguta that roads in Uganda are in a bad state is like telling him sir, you have a bald in your head. Kaguta and all Ugandans know the state of the roads and the hospital. It did not require Akim to tell kaguta to take his daughter abroad to give birth; for Uganda hospital cannot handle a simple child birth, he knew that and chose to do it with Akim's advice.

Laduma however much you defend the nrm and its leader, nothing adds up. The truth stands out like the backside of gweno Kongo.

Tony,
Tony, that is about what I keep asking Akim. I have never seen him answer.

Let me say this for the NTH time.

Let the authorities know where this sad road is and we see what happens, but the possibility that you also don't know where it is, is not remote!

While I know that such roads exist, I am mindful of the miracles which adode photoshop has wrought!!!!!

Akim,
I knew it would amount to Laduma but, thats alright. I see that appalling state. But,as I said, in my world, development is not finite!!!
In all the countries around the world, all societies, all groupings, all families, development is never finite.

Problem is, in Akims world, development is like a load that once in place, that is it!! That is why Akim talks about shortages he should have been the one to bring to agenda.

The issue is Mr. Akim, for you to tell me what in your view is the most acute development (both cultural, social and economical) ambition the Ugandan government should invest in for the coming mandate and following mandate periods over to 2030?

That is the kind of stuff that I am more keen to debate and that was part of the project I engaged in while in Uganda:identifying key development issues
for a certain project  work. I collected quite a lot of materials / documentations.

One thing I can happily say is that yours and my perspectives diverge. That of course, is part of the beauty of democracy.
I am more intersted in "now that we have relatively good roads, rural electrification schemes etc, where do we go from here"?
What are most beneficial utility do we prioritate?

I shall be in Uganda soon. Perhaps we shall meet?

Allan;

Tony Owana and Laduma do not see that. They must be blind on one eye.
