How so sir? I have not been proven wrong. I am still waiting for you to come up with

some clear idea of what you are going to deliver this coming mandate. Again, what do you suppose is the most

beneficial investment this comming mandate period?

Reading through what Hon Amama Mbabazi pronounced at both Gulu and Arua,

I see clearly the link to the on going infrastructure investments in roads and electricity.

For example, when Hon Mbabazi talks about inveting on cultural centers, it is obvious that would be a next stage made possible due to good communication and investment on rural electrification. Without that fundamental stage ashore, investments in cultural centers would be very corrugated.

In effect, that is what I view asequillibration of access to and share of the culture. Do you see it?

It is hence, you who have been proven wrong because you do not see the significance.

So, now that we have good relatively good road and power supply, how and where do we go from here sir?

Any idea?

Some times in life, the sweetest things are just the ordinary daily bread not monumental big pictures.

In Gulu for example, there are plenty small picture that directly appeal to the common man's daily live.

Wait when the real campaign starts when I get there.

Now that you've been proved wronged you have resorted to Akim sujui,  I have already answered you and the heavens know i did. I will repeat that now, We need federalism as a system first and fore most. Quit building roads for appeasement, quit making unfulfilled promises, quit, lying to Ugandans that you have brought stability and for goodness sake quit the warped notion that its only the NRM that govern Uganda, concentrate on laying a federal foundation that will see infrastructure development mushroom uniformly. Federal is the bedrock of stability and that is what is priority to me.

for a certain project  work. I collected quite a lot of materials / documentations.

One thing I can happily say is that yours and my perspectives diverge. That of course, is part of the beauty of democracy.

I am more intersted in "now that we have relatively good roads, rural electrification schemes etc, where do we go from here"?

What are most beneficial utility do we prioritate?

I shall be in Uganda soon. Perhaps we shall meet?
