{UAH} Besigye speaks on handshake

How genuine was that handshake? Was the doctor checking the state of health of his old patient's hand? Let us hear what the old patient will say. Someone should have checked their temperatures which must have registered rapid rise.

It is good a doctor did it unlike if iron-hand men like some people had done it, they would have squeezed the hand and cracked it. 

A good gesture though.
