{UAH} Federalism will be hasten with "Native Title" ratification

The realities of gaining true self governing units in this region, is by the  Natives of each particural region gaining Traditional and Collective property ownership to land - the Native Title.

This alone will reduce social conflicts and multple land tenure confusion, where settlers will have to appreciate the arrangement in thier own traditional format, But not as a strange foreign imposition with no cultural rather than monetary value to the individual in case of Amuru Land for sugar plantation or Ankole land for cattle and banana rather than for palm oil plantation!

Monetary value does not value land and its riches it offers better than cultural values do - the environmental criteria has to be fullfilled.
